The Woods of St. Thomas is a subdivision located in the eastern portion of Jefferson County, not far from the Watterson Expressway and Brownsboro Road. Most of the homes were built in the 1970's, but there are still a few newer homes to be found.
Located very close to highways, great schools and some of the city's best shopping and dining, The Woods of St. Thomas continues to be one of Louisville's finest subdivisions. The homes are almost all brick, with basements, with a mix of two stories and ranches scattered throughout.
There is also an Estates section of The Woods of St. Thomas, and those homes tend to be much larger, and more expensive, than most homes in all of Louisville.
