As an successful real estate agent in the Greater Louisville Real Estate Market, one of the questions I am asked about the most is which parts of town I am most active in. For years, I tried my best not to answer that question directly, because the truth of the matter is that the most important part of my job is marketing, and it doesn’t matter if my client is in Bardstown, Lexington or Louisville, I have to do a better job marketing my client’s home than another agent would.
However, after hearing the question enough, I have finally broken down, and included a list of the communities where I spend the bulk of my time. Having said that, I have helped clients buy and sell homes in many different locations, some included on this list, and quite a few that aren’t!
